The Lafayette Brawlin’ Dolls will close out their successful and historic 2013 season on Saturday, Oct. 5 with a home bout against the Southern Illinois Roller Girls. The final bout of the inaugural season at the new Brawl House at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds will begin at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Presale tickets are $10 and $12 the night of the bout. Tickets are now available online HERE or assorted locations around the Lafayette area.

LBD was scheduled to close out the season with a late-October road bout in Northwest Indiana, but the bout against the Region Rat Rollers was recently canceled after the Rat Rollers disbanded.

The Brawlin’ Dolls have compiled a 5-1 record this season, opening their campaign with a 190-133 road win at Southern Illinois on March 2. Click HERE for highlights of that bout.

LBD is continuing to recruit new prospective skaters, volunteers and NSOs. The final informational call-out meeting is set for Tuesday, Oct. 8 at Nine Irish Bros. East (3520 State Route 38E) at 7:30 p.m. New skater boot camp begins Tuesday, Oct. 15 at the Brawl House. Click HERE for the Facebook event page for the info meeting.

Concessions at the final home bout will again be offered by the EMT Food Truck, LongHouse Farm Kettle Corn & Arni’s Pizza. People’s provides the beer for fans 21+.
